○ 4 rounds:
■ 5 burpees, 1 set of rings, 1 lap with jerry cans.

● “Dumbbells and Jump Ropes”

● 3 minutes straight, resting 1 minute between:
○ jumping rope
○ weighted sit-ups
○ weighted lunges
○ dumbbell thrusters
