  • 10/ side down down up up with bucket
  • 12/side drunk lunges

2 min stations:

  • Burpee wall burpee
  • Sled pull and push
  • Monkey bars, 20 touchdown squats 
  • 10 cals bike with arms, 10 cals with legs
  • Skipping
