Stage 1 – (1 round)

  • 50 Squats
  • 40 Sit ups
  • 30 Bridges (single leg-15 per side)
  • 40 Lunges
  • 20 Supermans

Stage 2- (2 rounds)

  • 20 side Chops(10 per side)
  • 20 Climber taps
  • 20 Lunge and kicks(10 per side)
