  • 20 renegade rows

3 rounds:

  • 10/side bench curtsey
  • 20 kettlebell swings or random house object swings 
  • 20 alternating push ups to front raise 

3 rounds:

10/direction around the world shoulders 

Abs finisher:

  • 12 hollow body rocks
  • 20 cross toe touches
  • 5 leg circles in each direction

Warm up- 5 Min Jog Outside or inside or complete the Following indoors

  • 20 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 20 High knees
  • 20 butt kicks
  • 20 squats

4 Rounds 

  • 10 Upright Rows
  • 12 Bicep- shoulder press( weight or band)
  • 15 hop over burpees
  • 15 KB Swings (with weight or band)
  • Farmers carry Lap (with weight or water jugs)

5 Min Emom –

  • 10 Jump Squats
  • 10 High knees
  • Squat Hold Remainder of the min

3 Rounds-

  • 20 step ups
  • 10 per side Hamstring Curls
  • 10 Supermans
