Obstacle Fit Bootcamp – AM

Warm up: Dice game
● 5 rounds:
○ Min 1:
■ 5 burpees
■ Deadhang until min is over then run in place for one minute
○ Min 2:
■ 5 pushups
■ Run on the spot until Min is over

● Finisher:
● 3 rounds:
● Start to squat with a barbell, but hold the down position for two minutes (or as
long as you can). Next, do 3 rounds of 10 burpees, 15 sit-ups and 20 air squats
